The washing capacity of hotel bedding is large, and the washing durability and comfortable and beautiful performance have become the main purchasing indicators. Several factors such as raw materials, yarns, fabric density, organization structure and so on have an impact on the washing resistance of the removal product.
(1) Cotton-polyester blended products mixed with a small amount (5%-20%) of polyester, its tensile breaking strength and tearing strength are obviously better than those of pure cotton products. The selection of mid-range hotels is beneficial to improve economic efficiency.
(2) Yarn includes several different influencing factors of yarn thickness, combing and carding, strand and single yarn. Among the two factors that have a greater impact, under the same other conditions, the strength of the stranded fabric of the same thickness is significantly higher than that of the single yarn, and the strength of combed products is higher than that of carded products.
(3) The selected pair is removed except for the placement of a small pillow and the better placement of the two products. Because the density is good, the placement of a small pillow is better and the placement of a small pillow is higher. Under the same other conditions, the density is higher. On the contrary, the strength performance of the 7# product decreased, indicating that the fabric density should be controlled within a certain range. (4) In the selected satin and plain weave products, the general impression is that the satin fabric looks more beautiful, but the fastness is not as good as the plain weave fabric. Experiments show that under the same conditions, the tearing strength of satin fabric is higher than that of plain weave fabric, and the tensile strength in warp direction is also higher than that of plain weave fabric. After washing and drying the hotel bedding, it is precisely the warp direction that is more stressed.
