The sheets will fit large mattresses of up to 16″ (40cm) deep. We can accommodate extra deep mattresses by arranging to custom make sheets for any size bed. Please see our sizing guide for more information.

Q2、How can I make sure I order the right size sheet?
We recommend you measure the length, width, and depth of your mattress and refer to our sizing guide.

Q3、Can I order sheets in a different size?
Yes, we can organize this for you. If you need oversized sheets for an extra high mattress then we are happy to help. Please email your request for a quote.

Q4、How do I know which way to fit the sheet?
Simply place the sheet label on the top right-hand corner or left-bottom corner of the mattress to ensure the right fit.

Q5、Are mattress sizes the same around the world?
Mattress sizes vary from country to country. Our fitted sheets are suitable for mattresses with extra drop and we can custom make sheets to suit your bed. Please refer to our sizing guide for more information.

Q6、Do I need to wash the sheets before I use them?
Yes, we recommend you wash your sheets at a low temperature before using them.

Q7、Do you recommend using fabric softener?
You should avoid fabric softener, as it slows the process of releasing moisture. You will find your sheets are soft without it.

Q8、Can I use a tumble dryer?
Yes, you can. We recommend that after washing your sheets, you line dry them until they are about 50% dry, and use a tumble dryer on a medium heat to finish. There is no need to tumble dry for softness.

Q9、How many sheets should I have?
We recommend a minimum of two sets of sheets; this will prolong the life of the sheet and will provide you with a set to use whilst you are laundering the other set.

Q13、How do you remove the Bed Scrunchie?
Removing the Bed Scrunchie is even easier than putting it on, simply do everything in reverse.

First unlock the buckle by pulling down on the black wheel lock. Loosen the Bed Scrunchie by slightly pulling on it to reduce the tension. You can now remove your bedsheets one corner at a time as you normally would.
