01
Plain cloth
The warp yarn and the weft yarn are interlaced every other yarn, and the woven fabric is called plain weave fabric.
Features: The front and back sides have the same appearance effect, many interweaving points, firm texture, and smooth surface. The fabric density of this organization can not be too high, relatively light and thin, good abrasion resistance, good air permeability, and rough hand feeling.
02
Twill cloth
The warp yarn and the weft yarn are interwoven at least once every two yarns, and the woven fabric is called a twill fabric.
Features: The fabric is tight, thick, and has good gloss. In the case of the same fabric density, its hand feel and comfort are higher than plain weave fabric.
03
Sateen cloth
The warp yarn and the weft yarn are interwoven at least once every three yarns, and the woven fabric is called satin fabric.
Features: This structure makes the fabric denser, thicker and smoother.
04
Jacquard fabrics
It is a combination of three basic weaves: plain weave, twill weave and satin weave. There are complex weaves such as small jacquard and jacquard.
Features: The front side is particularly smooth and shiny, and the back side is rough and dull. Soft touch, low strength, poor durability.
